What I liked

I got to explore a field I was interested in but never thought I could get the opportunity to get into. Everyday was a new learning experience, and not only in IT aspects, but I also got to hone my customer service/speaking skills as well.

What I wish was different

Honestly, nothing. I loved this job and I wish I could get a similar opportunity again.

Advice

Of course, you shouldn't be full of yourself, but also don't underestimate yourself either. Even if things seem out of reach to you, it doesn't hurt to try.
