What I liked

I loved helping passionate teachers improve their teaching using research-backed teaching principles we developed.

What I wish was different

I wish we would have been able to help more teachers. We helped 180 teachers, but these teaching practices should be implemented nationwide.

Advice

Stay busy! Never be afraid to ask for more work or to learn how to do something new.

I wish I was allowed to analyze the data, as opposed to just collect it.
