I was able to directly interact with athletes, make nutrition recommendations, and greatly widen my knowledge on how food fuels athlete performance. What I liked the most was our weekly meetings to present our research on sports nutrition related topics and to discuss our findings as a group. I found this as a huge learning opportunity for myself and I am so grateful for that aspect of the program. ”
