What I liked

Was able to learn about every aspect of the company. Able to see a lot of behind the scenes jobs that need to be done in order for the company to function properly.

What I wish was different

More training before expected to sell product.

Advice

It was a good experience to learn about how a retail store functions and what it's like to work in retail.

Sales and Leadership Intern

What I liked

Everyone has the potential to receive a bonus they work hard enough for it. It's also nice to be in a professional atmosphere doing what their actual employees do.

What I wish was different

At my store I did not have another sales intern but most of the other stores did. Having another intern would be nice especially in the beginning when everything is new and you want to practice your pitch with someone.

Advice

If your going to do this internship do not expect for it to be easy money. You definitely have work for it but they provide you with all of the tools that you need to do well. Make sure you are comfortable talking to people that are complete strangers because sales is going up to people are talking with them, if your nervous or uninterested you wont succeed.
