What I wish was different
I get this question a lot and can never think of anything--I had a fantastic time with everyone, especially my boss, an alumni of UR. I just wish I didn't have to study for my GRE every weekend so I could explore the city more
Advice
Don't be scared going into the company since it is a lot different from research that you may have had here at UR. Ask for literature to read ahead of time to help prepare yourself for any project you may have coming up.
