I loved the supportive work environment and family atmosphere. I also enjoyed being able to see children who may struggle socially open up and grow into their unique talents.

What I liked
I saw campers develop interests outside of video games and social media after being immersed in nature. These campers had a lot in common with each other and many quickly became friends.

What I liked
I got to help children with multiple behavioral disabilities and really see improvement in their lives.
What I wish was different
The employer was horrible. Very greedy and there were a lot of kids who had no business being anywhere near other kids with all the issues they had going on.
Advice
Become close with your co-workers because you make life long friends and they uplift you through every situation.
