I love being able to see progress in the kids I worked with! I loved being able to be given responsibility and take charge of a project or lesson! I loved the people I got to work with!
What I wish was different
I wish that the communication between all members of this business was better. It seemed that important information wouldn’t get relayed to everyone, so sometimes things were hectic or crazy. It’s hard working in a place where things seem hectic and crazy.
