Summit is a great company to work for due to its mission and its people. Being a man of faith myself, I was happy to see that there are people here that are motivated by similar missions. I am also very grateful for the experience that I have had in working with the people here, as I do feel that the work I do makes a difference, and the relationships are some I am grateful to have made.
What I wish was different
There's not much I can ask for to be different. I think working in the office was great. I will say that I think they are a company that could benefit from a hybrid setup for some of their employment positions, namely those related to marketing, as much of the day is already centered around meeting with people over zoom. That's something they can look into themselves, not necessarily a negative point.
Advice
If you are to work for this company, realize that what you do you can make a larger difference than you may assume. Use every effort you can to expand and advanced the work you are doing beyond what was expected. Also, there's many chances to learn. Make sure that you take every one of those chances.
