What I liked
My coworkers were very kind and the whole factory was family-oriented. The work environment was safe and enjoyable and the company treated its workers exceedingly well and offered opportunities to use my education.
What I wish was different
I wish my shift time would have been different. The shift was from 6:00am-2:30pm, which took a toll on my sleep.
Advice
Come with a good attitude and be flexible! Those two things go a long way.

What I liked
I was able to work in a smaller company that experienced a lot of growth over the time I was there. Also meeting a lot of fellow employees and learning their stories was great.
