Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and welcoming. They are all dedicated to their jobs and to the service of the students. I learned so much through observation and asking questions. You can learn a ton about behavioral science, education, and motivating work environments.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a more structured way for interns to be integrated into the daily activities. I felt afraid of getting in the way and it would have been interesting to get to interact with the students more. That's mostly on me for not asking, but I guess I wish I could have been instructed on how to interact and then given a little bit of practice.
Advice
Ask questions and get involved! Everyone is super nice and they are open to you interacting as much as you like.
