What I liked

I liked being able to work with children on a daily basis. They helped me learn things about myself while passing on information onto a younger generation. I was also able to use my problem solving skills when dealing with unpredictable situations.

What I wish was different

I really enjoyed the experience overall, but I would of preferred to have been paid more. At times, I was given tasks that exceeded the ones defined in my job desc Lipton, and I felt that I should have gotten a higher compensation because of it.

Advice

I would share to others the importance of patience especially when dealing with children. It's better to be level-headed about situations and when to take a step back and assess the situation before making a decision. Also, it's always helpful to keep an open mind about new ideas and let every day teach you something new.
