I loved being able to work outside and was excited to get management experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had had more reliable transportation and could have taken more hours towards the end of the season.
Advice
You have to be able to stay calm in emergencies, whether it be a drowning or a kid knocking their tooth out. If you panic, everyone else will panic too.
