Flexible hours, able to work many hours per week if needed, able to take good time off if needed
What I wish was different
The management definitely needs some work, fairly disorganized, and pretty low-staffed and constantly asked me to work elsewhere even on days I said I couldn't, or even called me to work longer up to one hour before my scheduled shift was over and travel sometimes up to 30 minutes away within a very short time frame.
Advice
Be ready to called just about everyday asking to either change locations, times, or days even after putting in your schedule for the week.
