I enjoyed the authority I had and the customer support and hospitality experience I gained. I also liked the fact that I was constantly speaking to people face to face.
What I wish was different
I would've like to see more support from upper management and not being so afraid of making a mistake because of the reprimand that I knew I would receive.
Advice
Try your best. It's a lot you have to do, especially all at once, but you'll get it. Remember to ask for help when you need it and just focus on the things you do know. Absorb what you can and the rest will come.
