What I wish was different
Better and more applicable training. A manager that was dedicated to customers and employees success instead of always screaming in the background how stupid everyone (clients) are. Less toxic bro culture. Better pay!
Advice
There’s no valuable training available when you start so things like filling out your time was an issue however the bosses try to provide in depth training once per month if it actually happens. Willing and able deal with difficult challenges is a must.
