Tates Rents is an employee-owned company with over 75 years of history serving the Treasure Valley. Starting in 1946 as Safway Scaffolding Co. on 16th and Main, in downtown Boise, Tates Rents has gradually expanded throughout the years continually adding locations in the Treasure Valley. Currently, Tates Rents consists of 9 tool rental stores with over 100 employees and the largest equipment rental inventory in Idaho.
