I really like the family atmosphere that the company had. This is a family company so carrying that over into the office was really nice and made me feel welcomed. All of the people that I worked with were super helpful with anything that I needed.

One piece of advice about this experience that I would share is that this really gave me the best idea of what it is like to work in the real business world. you can take all the classes that are required for your degree but an internship or any type of work experience will really show you what this is really like.

Lots of responsibility and lots of interaction with other departments in the firm, lots of autonomy
What I wish was different
I wish it had been a more fast-paced company and I wish I had more work to do because I often had nothing to do
Advice
Always ask if there’s something else you can help with and ask questions if you don’t understand something/want to know more. Always try to go above and beyond because your supervisors can help you in the future
