They work with my school schedule and provided on the job training. The work atmosphere is positive. I have learned a lot about production design for print and web by working there.
What I wish was different
I can work from home now because of COVID-19 but I wish it was an option earlier.
Advice
When I took this job it was offered as a 2 month role with minimal design work and more heavy on repetitive tasks. They ended up extending my contract to over a year and expanded my role to include actual graphic design production projects. Take opportunities that seem unusual or are only temporary if you get a good vibe from the company in the interview.

Business Operations Intern

What I liked
I worked directly under the financial controller, so I had a change to gain insights in the business operationts side as well as the accounting side of the business. TCI also has great company culture that is inclusive and full of fun events.
What I wish was different
I wish I could involve in more projects and gain a more broad view of the business.
Advice
People are always willing to answer questions, so the more you ask and do, the more you will learn.
