What I liked
I came into the internship wanting to learn about Systems Administration. I learned what I hoped to learn with the internship as well as many other skills too. I worked in a Systems Administration role, as well as Support Engineer, Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, and DevOps. I've learned how to use many software packages for Managed Services Providers. This knowledge could be applied towards a non-managed service provider as well. This has strengthened my communication skills, and my problem solving skills, as I had to speak with clients and solve their IT issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
