I enjoyed working for a campaign in general. To be able to see the ground level work of a political campaign is an experience I would recommend any one get if they're interested in a political area of work. The connections you have the ability to build are also unlike any other.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more experience with other staffers and not just the ones directly above me. It would have been helpful to see other areas of the campaign.
Advice
Network. The more you network, the more opportunities you can get. Do not be afraid of simply walking up and talking to a multitude of people on a daily basis.
