I had a chance of working with some of the brightest high school students for 6 weeks and I had a chance to apply a plethora of interpersonal and project planning skills everyday for 6 weeks.
What I wish was different
I wish the organization provided more structure and guidance.
Advice
The more planning you do prior to the students arriving, the less stressed and more enjoyable the summer will be.
