What I liked
Everyone at the company is super self-driven, dedicated, and extremely friendly! By working in a face-paced start-up environment, I was able to practice communicating effectively with my team and adapting based on the needs of the company. I also enjoyed working on projects beyond my expertise in design, such as having the opportunity to work on marketing initiatives. There's a lot of fluidity in that sense where if you want to help out on a project your interested in, people at Tellus are more than happy to make that happen.
