Perfect-sized startup: big enough to have structured teams but small enough to have the freedom to switch between roles. I got to try both software engineering and product management within the span of 10 weeks.
What I wish was different
More of a structured intern program including more interns and social events would have been nice.
Advice
I would highly recommend working at a startup at some point to contrast that experience with big tech or other bigger companies!
