Warm and welcoming environment, everyone was incredibly nice and easy to work with. What stood out to me the most was the patience and relaxed demeanor everyone had; I expected a much more competitive and clockwork-like environment where everyone was always constantly doing something and no one had time for anything but themselves. Thankfully I was met with the opposite.
What I wish was different
I wish I had a little bit more to work with project wise.
Advice
Take your time with the work and don't be afraid to ask for advice, the workers at Terminus absolutely know their stuff and will be more than willing to help you work through whatever challenge you're facing. Also, don't take yourself too seriously. The company emphasizes a fun and comfortable workplace above anything else, including team lunches and weekly talks that reinforce the "we" mentality instead of falling flat like a bad skit from The Office.
