Ubund is a fast-growing fin-tech startup with so much growth potential. Working with Ubund has been an incredible experience for me. I learned so much about marketing and branding which helps me with my future career growth. Coworkers are all friendly and nice!

What I liked
This internship gave me the opportunity to roll up my sleeves and learn the basics of marketing in a very hands-on approach. Because the company is in its early stages as a fintech startup, I was given the freedom to take charge and experiment with different marketing strategies and polish my own skills in my own time. I was able to practice anything from copywriting to content creation to PR, which was a great introductory experience to the marketing field having no prior experience.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more opportunities to collaborate and communicate with the rest of the team as the majority of my work was very independent. However, it became a bit more of a collaborative team experience towards the end of the internship.
Advice
Be ready to jump in and hone your marketing and creative thinking skills. Working in a startup environment is challenging and requires a lot of trial-and-error, but it is a truly valuable learning experience that you can take with you in future endeavors.
