The employees are very nice and helpful. It was very easy to get into the hang of things. The executive director does her best to make time for you.

What I liked
I like the work environment, pace, and work schedule. I also greatly appreciate leadership and mentorship I was underneath as well as the opportunities for leadership.

Don't be afraid to take on tasks and create leadership opportunities for yourself.
