My supervisor worked with me to create a schedule that worked well for both of us, and around the schedule at my other job. It was also an incredibly welcoming environment.
What I wish was different
At this time there isn't anything that comes to mind. It was one of the most positive work environments I have encountered.
Advice
Be prepared for people to not know how the museum works, and to have to explain the same thing all day.
