What I liked

I liked the culture of the office. Everyone was extremely friendly, yet professional. The dress was fairly casual, and they kept the kitchen stocked with snacks and flavored sparkling water. I learned a lot about executive recruiting, and was actively involved with recruiting or data entry to help recruiters everyday. I was also given the responsibility of managing the company's Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, which was really fun and interesting.

What I wish was different

I wished I had been more outgoing in my experience. The office layout was supposed to allow for workers to move around as they pleased, but I felt tied to the research room throughout my time there.

From my experience, the best advice I could have received would be to go all out everyday and try to learn/experience everything you can get your hands on. Also, don't be afraid of making mistakes, they know you're new and unexperienced, and expect you to have questions.
