The pay is great and the job is very engaging. Rainy days are the only boring days, and the day goes very quick as clock-in was at 6:30A.M. Co-workers were extremely friendly and everyone works as a team. The landscape is beautiful and creates a sense of pride in your work.
What I wish was different
Upper management was very controlling and could at times be harsh. No benefits for part time, even sometimes working 55+ hrs a week. No repercussions for under-performing employees.
Advice
You must be willing to work hard to consider applying here. There is NO room for laziness. You are outside all day, so you must be in good physical health.
