I liked the small classroom size. I liked the flexibility of schedule and lesson planning.
What I wish was different
One thing that could have been different was handling difficult workers to work with. When a problem is arising and negatively is hapoening, it should be dissolve as soon as possible.
Advice
It is a rewarding job. It is close nit and family oriented.
