It is our intention to create the seminal Napa Valley restaurant for the next thirty years. This restaurant will contain the ethos of The Restaurant at Meadowood, as detailed in A New Napa Cuisine, and will strive to create an authentic expression of wine country in a manner that is not forced or overly conceptual. We want a create a space for people to enjoy what we are offering, and the company that they are with- to appeal to this very fundamental, essential, component of life, and in doing so, be a force more powerful than any other restaurant can be.
