What I wish was different
I wish I was trained a little bit more professionally before thrown into situations where professional expertise was the standard expected of me.
Advice
Gain experience serving somewhere else before you work at a country club where the best service is Rochester is expected of you. It’s also good to have some knowledge of alcohol under your belt before serving it.
