I liked working with the residents, the CNA classes they offered, and learning about different conditions and how to approach them in a positive manner.

It can be a lot of hard work and also mentally draining depending on the residents condition, but overall worth it. The experience is humbling and I would recommend if you are trying to further your nursing career.
