Witnessing the impact the organization makes in the community, being a part of such an incredible organization, researching for and networking with donors and sponsors, planning charity events, volunteering at service events, and feeling like my opinions and ideas were genuinely useful to managers and supervisors.

I absolutely loved my time with The Dream Builders Project. It's a rewarding internship where you get to see the impact you're making on the community first-hand. I would advise anyone with an interest in non-profit management to take advantage of this opportunity to get an inside look on what it takes to build a successful non-profit organization.
