The English Opens Doors Program is sponsored by the United Nations Development Program and the Chilean Ministry of Education. The English Opens Doors Program (EODP) seeks to promote English language learning throughout Chile via various educational initiatives. From its inception, the EODP has offered benefits and opportunities related to English language learning free of cost to teachers and students who are part of schools receiving public funding–municipal and semi-private schools.
