I really enjoyed the teamwork aspect of this job. We were encouraged to work together to provide the best experience possible for members and patrons. The scholarship program, free housing, and free meals is also a wonderful perk.
What I wish was different
I was scheduled for approximately 40 hours a week, even when school started and I had a full course load (16 hours). There was also a lot of disorganization with scheduling and also communication and work when off the clock.
