I liked how quick and upfront the interviewing process was. They knew what they were looking for and offered me the position within hours of my interview. They have been nothing but nice to me and I like the staff a lot!
What I wish was different
The onboarding was a little chaotic at the beginning but once you settle in they have a good pace where you are being productive while learning new things. Plus they offer such a wide variety of events you are always learning about different industries and places around Chicago.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions and always ask for what they need help with. You'll be able to learn how to do more things that way.
