What I liked
This experience was a great opportunity to meat and learn about students from different regions on the globe. The responsibility of facilitating discussions between 20 younger students was very difficult but rewarding.
What I wish was different
I don't really wish anything had been different.
Advice
Hitting the ground running encourages the maximum amount of participation from the students participating.

Keep your mind open and throw out all preconceived notions you have about the experience.
