Founded in 1968, the GO Project shapes the futures of underserved New York City public school children by providing critical academic, social, and emotional support, starting in the early elementary years. We provide year-round educational and family support programs to children who are performing below grade level and equip them with the confidence and skills needed to succeed at school, at home, and in life. We promote educational equity by leveraging the resources of the community to close the opportunity gap for underserved families who have students that are struggling in the city’s highest need schools.
