I got to meet some very helpful, nice, experienced theatre professionals who were also working on the production.
What I wish was different
This internship allowed me the chance to do very little of what I expected. I was hired to assist the a designer, but ended up basically just doing grunt work. In the entire run of this internship the director rarely talked to me.
Advice
The interns who assisted the director and music director seemed to have a great experience, the design and administrative interns generally felt unappreciated and overworked.
