What I wish was different
Better pay for myself, and more benefits from the company. Over the 2 years, benefits to all employees have been slowly cut back, and there's a lack of holiday bonuses.
Advice
Work hard, show dedication, and get along with your coworkers, and you'll receive raises and promotions. Managers are always looking for people they trust in order to take over important responsibilities.
