The flexibility of the job. There was always something new to do every day and it worked with my schedule for the summer well
What I wish was different
The environment was a lot on me. I liked my co-workers but supervisors and other authority figures within the inn sometimes didn't think about how for example an early arrival would affect us. Our point of view wasn't put in perspective.
Advice
Find a job where you like the people you work with. Of course getting a check at the end of the week is important and the job may be tedious but if you don't like the people you work with, the experience is miserable.
