What I liked

I love the workers! Teammwork is a fundamental aspect of this job and everyone is willing to offer a hand. The events themselves are incredible. From weddings to concerts, every event is special in its own way and being able to indulge in all the enjoyment is exceptional. It doesn't get any better when I say that no one complains at a wedding!

What I wish was different

I only wish that events, such as weddings were more frequent. There are slow months of work and sometimes workers have to wait until work picks up before they achieve a full schedule.

Advice

I would absolutely recommend this job to any hard-working, people-person and tell them not to be intimidated. The hours are long and sweaty, but the chance to see concerts and travel make it worth it. I've seen individuals with little to no experience thrive in this career.
