The people are nice, the schedule is flexible, and the work is easy. Health insurance package is really good (even interns are eligible for it)
What I wish was different
There is a little bit of a heated political vibe around the office. If you can't handle republicans who probably voted for the guy you don't like, this job might not be for you. (It is a coal company after all)
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for more work/responsibility. They give pay raises for go getters, and its easy to get hired on full time.
