What I liked
The flexibility is great. They allow you to find projects you're passionate about and decide yourself what to work on.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more collaborative work experience. A lot was on my own.
Advice
Go in with an open mind, and do not be scared to do mundane things for a few weeks until you find what you like doing.
