Using a better system rather than the outdated harder system to take orders with.
Advice
Be prepared for a lot of talking to furious customers about their orders and spell everything back phonetically when taking custom orders.

The hours are super flexible. I had the opportunity to learn multiple jobs instead of doing the same thing everyday.
What I wish was different
I wish this position was available during other times of the year and not just during their busy season.
Advice
Be ready to work a lot, especially as the amount of orders increase during the busy season. Be willing to learn new things/ be placed where you're most needed.

What I liked
I worked with some great interns, some of whom are still my good friends today. I learned a lot of good things about being a leader, most from my mistakes.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have focused more on the leadership part of the internship and less on the operations side of things.
Advice
Focus in the people you work with and the relationships you have with them and you’ll see miracles.
