I loved the kids, and a lot of the time it felt like I was getting paid to be on vacation. I really liked my coworkers.
What I wish was different
The management was a little lackluster. There seemed to be some disagreement about who was directly in charge of the summer camp. I also felt that I was often left to speak with parents about matters that I wasn't informed about. This left both the parents and I frustrated with the management.
Advice
Be really patient with management. Even though it can be frustrating I promise that everyone wants what is best for the kids and for you. Bit also don't be afraid to speak up about issues.
