The Pennsylvania Outdoor Corps provides youth and young adults with paid opportunities to gain competitive job readiness skills to prepare them for careers in environmental conservation through a partnership between the Student Conservation Association(SCA) and Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR).
