Flexible hours, supportive management, rewarding working with students and developing plans to improve their SAT scores. Paid prep time.
What I wish was different
There weren't very many hours per week of work, 3-hour classes are a long time to teach.
Advice
The first time or two teaching a class or tutoring a student is nerve-wracking, but it becomes easy and fun later! Paid in-person training required before you can get started.
