Since 1984, The Refuge Utah’s mission has been to empower survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, and to increase emotional and physical safety through advocacy, education, and trauma-informed services. Our vision is a community where all survivors of abuse have the knowledge, skills, and resources to live free from abusive environments, and a decrease in incidences of domestic violence and sexual assault in our community. We value being survivor focused, trauma informed, collaborative, and unified.
